Site visits. Most projects are 30–60 minutes from the city centre and developer sales offices keep their own hours. Give us a day's notice and we will arrange the visit, confirm the slot and come with you.
Before you write to us
Why are there no prices on the listings?
Because we do not have a published price for these projects that we would be willing to stand behind. Rates on under-construction inventory in Hyderabad vary by tower, floor, facing and launch phase, and they change during a launch. Rather than print a number that is wrong by the time you read it, we send you the developer's current cost sheet — base rate, floor rise, parking, corpus, GST and the payment plan — in writing.
Do you charge buyers a brokerage?
On developer-direct bookings the developer usually pays our fee, so there is nothing for you to pay. Where a transaction works differently — a resale or a service like registration assistance — we tell you the fee before you engage us, never after.
Can you share the RERA number for a project?
Yes, and you should ask for it. We do not publish RERA registration numbers on this site unless we have confirmed them, because a wrong number is worse than none. Ask us for a specific project and we will send the developer's registration details along with the approved plan so you can verify it yourself on the Telangana RERA portal.
I am buying from outside Hyderabad or from abroad. Can you help?
Yes. We do video site walkthroughs, send the documentation for review, and co-ordinate with your family or power of attorney locally for visits and registration. Tell us the time zone you are in and we will work around it.
Do you handle resale flats, or only new projects?
Both. The projects published on this site are new and under-construction inventory. Resale stock moves too fast to keep a page accurate, so those we handle on enquiry — tell us the project or locality and we will tell you what is genuinely available.
